General Enhancements

  • Captcha Control on Event Level: You now have the flexibility to activate or deactivate Captcha for individual events. Previously, Captcha was applied account-wide, and all events inherited it. With this new checkbox in Registration -> Settings, you can now choose whether to enable Captcha for each event, giving you greater control over your event’s security.
  • Enhanced date filters for financial documents: We've made it easier to manage your invoices, credit notes, and receipts! You can now filter by a custom date range (from-to) and export your filtered data with just a few clicks.
  • Need to view invoices from last quarter? Simply set your desired date range, and instantly see only the relevant documents, ready for export.
  • Enhanced coupon code flexibility: We’ve improved how coupon codes work when applied to specific categories or options. The messaging and calculation logic have been refined, offering more flexibility and accuracy in how discounts are applied.
  • Automatic receipt generation: When a receipt journal is linked to your event, any modification to a registration will now automatically generate an updated receipt. This ensures all financial documents stay accurate and current without manual intervention.

Stock management - Quantity shared across multiple options

Managing ticket availability across multiple options just got a whole lot easier. With our new Shared Quantity Management feature, you can now link ticket options to a single stock pool, saving you time and reducing the complexity of tracking inventory.

 

  • Set one option as the parent and link other options as children.
  • Sales from any option (parent or child) will automatically reduce the shared stock.
     

Let’s say you offer three workshops with a total of 500 seats. When someone books Workshop 1, the available seats for Workshop 2 and Workshop 3 will automatically adjust. This keeps your inventory perfectly in sync across all workshops, ensuring you never oversell.

Calendar resource booking – New functionality for multi-slot registrations

Our existing calendar feature allows attendees to snag appointments, workshops, test drives or coveted dinner tables in seconds with seamless capacity management. The newest update now adds a separate “add to calendar” button for each non-consecutive time slot you select, giving you greater flexibility in managing your event schedule.
