General Enhancements ⭐
- The system can now automatically update the original invoice or, when necessary, generate a credit note (CN) and a new invoice—depending on the type of change made to the registration. For critical fields such as VAT/Tax Number, State, Country, and ticket categories or options, the system will always issue a CN and a new invoice to ensure accuracy.
- You’ll find this new option as a checkbox in the Money section of your event: Money > Settings > "Allow invoice updates".
- We’ve added new merge fields to enhance your automatic emails, including the event start date, event end date, and an "Add to Calendar" option that includes an .ICS file for easy scheduling.
- All attendee and event merge fields are now accessible in the journal settings, allowing you to include any type of information on invoices, credit notes, and receipts.
