We are still working on the registration form, ticketing, and checkout pages within the registration process. Since these components are closely tied to our core features, we’re taking extra care to ensure they’re seamless and completely bug-free before release.

Clients with custom developments on the legacy template
If you’ve had custom developments implemented on your event website, this transition is an opportunity to upgrade and align with the enhanced capabilities of the new template. However, we want to be transparent about how this change may affect your account.
Customizations made to your current event website will need to be re-implemented on the new template due to the underlying technology upgrade, which enables more advanced features and functionalities. Retaining these customizations will require redevelopment work, which will be at your expense. While we understand that this may involve additional effort and investment, we’re confident the improvements will deliver significant long-term value.
To get started, we recommend reaching out to your account manager. They’ll work closely with you to review your existing customizations, assess what you’d like to retain, and provide clarity on the scope and cost of redevelopment work.
For clients with custom developments on the legacy template, the current event website template will remain available for several months after the launch in Q1 of 2025, providing ample time to prepare and transition.
